Following a call from your representative, Sarah, yesterday where the ordered grade of brake pad was discussed, I am replying in confirmation that the outcome of the call was to upgrade the grade from the online ordered “Green Stuff” pads to “Red Stuff” pads.
As discussed with Sarah, I had considered the qualities of “Red Stuff” pads, but unfortunately they were not an option to choose whilst ordering online, hence the ordering of “Green Stuff” pads. You may therefore wish to review your systems to enable ordering of the full pad range and avoid future missed sales.
